Introduction
Muzza respects intellectual property rights and responds to valid takedown notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We review every infringement claim and act on valid ones promptly.
This policy explains how to file a takedown notice for infringing content, the required information, the counter-notification process, and the platform's procedures for handling these requests.
What Constitutes Copyright Infringement
Copyright infringement is unauthorized use of copyrighted material on our platform, including:
- Using copyrighted material without permission from the rights holder
- Reproducing or distributing protected works without a license
- Using copyrighted character images, text, or visual content without authorization
Automated-generation content and intellectual property
Because the platform uses automated generation models to create text and images, we clarify the following:
- Content produced by automated generation may unintentionally resemble copyrighted works. If you notice a similarity, please report it and we will take appropriate action.
- Users must not deliberately instruct the generation models to reproduce protected works.
- The copyright status of content produced by automated generation is governed by applicable law and may evolve as legislation develops.
User Content in Sex Chat
Sex Chat is a text-only chat between registered adult users. User-written text in Sex Chat (messages and chat requests) is user content. Users are responsible for what they write and must hold any rights needed to publish it.
Takedown notices and counter-notifications about Sex Chat content follow the same process described in this policy.
Anonymity: Sex Chat users act under their Muzza profile, never their account identity. When we process a notice about Sex Chat content, we do not disclose a user's identity to the complainant except as required by law.
Sex Video Section (Embedded Content)
The Sex Video section displays videos embedded from Pornhub. Muzza does not host any video on its own servers; each video stays on its source platform and plays through that platform's official embed.
Copyright holders, and people who appear in a video, can ask for its removal by emailing [email protected]. Reported videos are hidden from the section and they stay hidden.
Fair Use
Some uses may qualify as fair use. When we evaluate a takedown notice, we consider:
- The purpose and character of the use (commercial, educational, or creative)
- The nature of the copyrighted work
- The amount and substantiality of the portion used in relation to the work as a whole
- The effect on the potential market value of the original work
