Section 1 - Scope and what you buy
Muzza sells one-time, pay-per-use digital consumable credits ("Tokens"). Customers choose an amount on the purchase slider, and 1 Star buys 1 base Token, plus a 100% bonus on every token-pack purchase for everyone. A purchase creates no recurring charge and no automatic renewal. Purchased Tokens and the bonus are delivered electronically after Telegram confirms payment.
This policy covers three paid products: Token packs bought with Telegram Stars; the 30-day membership, a one-time, non-renewing purchase of 1000 Stars or 2000 Tokens that grants 30 days of unlimited personal text chat and 500 permanent Tokens; and chat passes bought with Tokens or Stars, where offered. The membership and any chat pass likewise create no recurring charge and no automatic renewal.
Section 2 - 14-day contact window
Contact us within 14 days of the payment if you believe a charge is duplicated, unauthorized, technically undelivered, or otherwise eligible for a refund under applicable law.
The 14-day period is a contact window, not a promise that every request will be approved. Consumed Tokens and completed digital delivery may limit the available remedy, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Section 3 - Telegram Stars payments
We review a Stars refund request against the Telegram payment, delivery record, Token usage, and applicable law and provider rules. When a Token pack refund is issued, the related purchased Tokens and promotional bonus are reversed once. Include your Telegram receipt details, payment date, and Star amount when contacting support.
Section 4 - Membership, chat passes, and chat requests
The 30-day membership is a one-time purchase and is not refunded at Muzza's discretion where law and Telegram rules permit. If law or a provider decision mandates a refund or reversal, Muzza removes at most the unconsumed access days of that membership and only the unspent remainder of the 500 Tokens granted with that purchase. A mandated reversal never creates Token debt and never touches Token balances that are unrelated to that purchase.
Chat passes, where offered, are non-refundable, including for any unused part of their window. If law or a provider decision mandates reversing a pass paid with Stars, Muzza removes only the unused time of that pass.
A Sex Chat chat request (a first message to someone you have no chat with yet) always costs 5 Tokens drawn from the token balance: purchased Tokens first, then membership and gift Tokens. It is never covered by a chat pass or an unlimited allowance, and it is consumed on delivery.
Section 5 - Automatic Token returns
If a paid generation fails, the Tokens spent on it are returned automatically. Where voice calls are offered, a call starts with a fixed Token hold and the unused remainder of that hold is returned automatically when the call ends. Automatic returns restore Tokens for a service that was not delivered; they are not discretionary refunds.
Section 6 - How to request review
Email [email protected] within 14 days. Include your account email, Telegram receipt details, payment date, Star amount, and a concise explanation. Do not send card numbers, security codes, passwords, or Telegram login codes.
Section 7 - Mandatory rights
Nothing in this policy limits a non-waivable consumer right or remedy available under the law that applies to you. If this policy conflicts with such a requirement, that requirement controls.
