Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Payment methods.
Choose carrier billing and confirm with the text you receive.
Back on Muzza, press the buy button and pay from your balance.

Buy an Iraqi Google Play card from a card shop.
Open Google Play, tap your account picture, then Redeem code.
Type the code on the card and the balance lands in your account.
