This Content Policy sets the rules for using Muzza and for the content created on it. The goal is a platform that stays safe and respectful for all users.
Introduction
All users must follow these rules. Violations can bring a warning, a suspension, or a permanent ban. Content moderation is delegated to the providers' own model-side moderation systems, and user reports are reviewed.
Payment and refund matters related to enforcement are covered by our Terms of Service.
Allowed
- Conversations with fictional adult virtual characters.
- Creative and fictional stories.
- Romantic and adult content between fictional adult characters.
- Creating original characters with unique personalities.
- Creating auto-generated images that comply with this Content Policy.
- Providing feedback and reporting issues.
Prohibited
- Any content involving minors (zero tolerance).
- Family or incest roleplay involving minors or real people is absolutely prohibited. Roleplay on family or step-family themes between fictional adult characters is permitted only as enabled by the platform's content settings, and remains subject to every other prohibition in this policy.
- Sexualizing non-consent or incapacity - any intimacy must be between consenting, fully conscious adults. Depicting anyone asleep, unconscious, drugged, intoxicated, or otherwise unable to consent is prohibited.
- Religious content - no scripture, places of worship, clergy, sermons, prayer, worship invocations, or religious vocabulary of any kind. Everyday expressions remain everyday speech.
- Depicting real people without their consent.
- Violent, harmful, or abusive content.
- Content that promotes illegal activities.
- Harassment or threatening behavior.
- Attempting to bypass model-side moderation systems.
- Sharing or distributing platform-generated content out of context.
- Using the platform for any unlawful purpose.
Auto-generated image guidelines
When creating auto-generated images on the platform, you must follow these guidelines:
- All images must depict adult characters only (18 years or older).
- Generating images of real people or public figures without authorization is prohibited.
- Generating images containing excessive violence or shocking content is prohibited.
- The platform reserves the right to reject image requests that violate policy.
- Images you publish to the public gallery are checked by an image-moderation provider.
Character Guidelines
- All characters must be fictional and adult (18 years or older).
- Characters must not resemble real public figures.
- Character descriptions must comply with this Content Policy.
- User-created characters are subject to review before publication.
Character Review Process
When you create a new character or edit an existing one, it goes through the following review process:
- Submission: the character is submitted with its description, image, and traits.
- Automated review: content passes through the providers' model-side moderation systems.
- Manual review: a human review to confirm policy compliance.
- Decision: approval or rejection with a stated reason.
Sex Chat
Sex Chat is anonymous text chat between real adult users. The other party in a Sex Chat conversation is always a real adult user, never an automated character. Automated characters elsewhere on Muzza remain fiction and never represent real people.
To protect users' anonymity, these rules apply to all Sex Chat activity:
- No contact details, social handles, links, phone numbers, or payment requests.
- Do not identify yourself or another user beyond your own profile.
- No minors, and nothing that suggests minors.
- No non-consent, harassment, threats, or hate.
- No impersonating real people.
- Profile names, bios, and pictures follow the same rules.
Every Sex Chat message, chat request, and the profile names and bios shown in Sex Chat are checked automatically for contact sharing and anonymity breaches (the Bouncer); contact details are blanked from the profile card. The check runs through an automated text-classification provider. Blocked messages are not delivered. If the check is unavailable, the text is not sent.
Violations are handled through a ladder: education first, then lockouts from Sex Chat of 5, 10, 30, and 60 minutes. The ladder resets after 7 consecutive clean days. Lockouts apply to Sex Chat only. Serious or repeated abuse may lead to action on your account under our Terms of Service.
You can report a user, block the other person, or delete a chat at any time.
Consequences
If you violate this policy, we may take one or more of these actions, depending on severity:
- Warning - a first, minor violation.
- Temporary suspension - repeated violations.
- Permanent ban - severe or seriously repeated violations.
- Content removal - violating content is removed immediately.
Appeals
If you believe an enforcement action taken against you is wrong, you can appeal:
- Send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Appeal".
- State the details of the action taken and why you believe it was incorrect.
- We will review your appeal and respond within 7 business days.
- The appeal decision is final.
