Allowed
- Conversations with fictional adult AI characters.
- Creative and fictional stories.
- Romantic and adult content between fictional adult characters.
- Creating original characters with unique personalities.
- Generating AI images that comply with this Content Policy.
- Providing feedback and reporting issues.
Prohibited
- Any content involving minors (zero tolerance).
- Incest or step-family roleplay of any kind - including step-mother, step-father, step-sibling, step-relative, or any blood-relative family framing in a sexual or romantic context.
- Sexualizing non-consent or incapacity - any intimacy must be between consenting, fully conscious adults. Depicting anyone asleep, unconscious, drugged, intoxicated, or otherwise unable to consent is prohibited.
- Religious content - no scripture, places of worship, clergy, sermons, prayer, worship invocations, or religious vocabulary of any kind. Casual colloquial expressions remain normal speech.
- Depicting real people without their consent.
- Violent, harmful, or abusive content.
- Content that promotes illegal activities.
- Harassment or threatening behaviour.
- Attempting to bypass content moderation filters.
- Sharing or distributing platform-generated content out of context.
- Using the platform for any unlawful purpose.
AI Image Guidelines
When generating AI images on the platform, you must follow these guidelines:
- All images must depict adult characters only (18 years or older).
- Generating images of real people or public figures without authorization is prohibited.
- Generating images containing excessive violence or shocking content is prohibited.
- The platform reserves the right to reject image requests that violate policy.
- Generated images are linked to your account and may be reviewed by moderators.
Character Guidelines
- All characters must be fictional and adult (18 years or older).
- Characters must not resemble real public figures.
- Character descriptions must comply with this Content Policy.
- User-created characters are subject to review before publication.
Character Review Process
When you create a new character or edit an existing one, it goes through the following review process:
- Submission: the character is submitted with its description, image, and traits.
- Automated review: an automatic scan for prohibited content and violating terms.
- Manual review: a human review to confirm policy compliance.
- Decision: approval or rejection with a stated reason.
Consequences
If this Content Policy is violated, the following actions may be taken depending on the severity of the violation:
- Warning - a first, minor violation.
- Temporary suspension - repeated violations.
- Permanent ban - severe or seriously repeated violations.
- Content removal - violating content is removed immediately.
Appeals
If you believe a disciplinary action was taken against you in error, you may file an appeal:
- Send an email to legal@muzza.ai with the subject "Appeal".
- State the details of the action taken and why you believe it was incorrect.
- We will review your appeal and respond within 7 business days.
- The appeal decision is final.
