Terms of Service

Section 1 - Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use Muzza. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. The platform may verify your age at any time and will suspend or terminate your account if you do not meet it.

Section 2 - Service Description

Muzza is a chat platform where you talk with fictional characters produced by automated generation. No companion character represents a real person. Sex Chat is a separate area where real adult users chat with each other; the other party in a Sex Chat conversation is always a real adult user, never a generated character. The service includes:

• Chatting with fictional characters.
• Generating images within conversations.
• Generating videos.
• Creating custom characters.
• Sex Chat: anonymous text chat with other real adult users.
• Saving and downloading generated content.
• A one-time, non-renewing 30-day membership with unlimited personal text chat.

The service is available at muzza.ai.

Section 3 - Content Guidelines

All companion characters on the platform are adults and fictional, and no companion character depicts a real person. Content is generated automatically and is for entertainment only. In Sex Chat, the other party is always a real adult user, and Muzza does not verify what users write. The full rules are in the Content Policy.

Section 4 - Tokens (Virtual Currency)

Tokens are the platform's virtual currency. When you buy Tokens, you accept these terms:

• Tokens have no monetary value outside the platform.
• Tokens cannot be transferred to other users.
• Tokens cannot be exchanged for real money.
• Tokens may be used for chat replies, images, videos, character creation, Sex Chat messages and chat requests, and for voice calls where offered.
• Unused Token balances remain valid as long as your account is active.
• Upon account deletion, all unused Tokens are permanently lost.

Section 5 - Token Purchase Terms

• Every chat message you send costs one Token unless an active membership or chat pass covers it. Your character's opening greeting is free. When you confirm your account you receive a one-time 30-Token welcome grant, and anonymous sessions receive a one-time 5-Token grant; once a balance is spent, continued chat requires purchased Tokens.
• Paid Tokens are a one-time, pay-per-use purchase. Plans are retired: Muzza sells no recurring plans. The 30-day membership is a one-time, non-renewing purchase with no recurring charge.
• A Token purchase creates no recurring charge and no automatic renewal.
• The purchase slider shows the exact Stars, base Tokens, and the 100% bonus available to everyone on every top-up before Telegram opens.
• 1 Telegram Star buys 1 base Token, plus a 100% bonus on every token-pack purchase for everyone. The bonus is credited and recorded separately.
• Membership: 1000 Telegram Stars or 2000 Tokens buy one 30-day membership: unlimited personal text chat for ordinary personal use, with no automation, scripting, or account sharing, plus 500 permanent Tokens. The membership is a one-time purchase with no renewal and no recurring charge. Each repurchase grants another 500 permanent Tokens immediately and extends access by 30 days from the later of the purchase date or the current expiry.
• Chat passes, where offered, are bought with Tokens or Telegram Stars: 150 Tokens or 75 Stars for 24 hours, or 700 Tokens or 350 Stars for 7 days of unlimited personal text chat. A pass starts at purchase, stacked passes extend the window, and windows cannot be banked. Passes are non-refundable and available only to confirmed accounts.
• In Sex Chat, a chat request (a first message to someone you have no chat with yet) always costs 5 Tokens drawn from your token balance: purchased Tokens first, then membership and gift Tokens. It is never covered by a chat pass or any unlimited allowance. With fewer than 5 Tokens, the platform offers a top-up instead of sending.

Section 6 - Refund Policy

Telegram Stars refund requests are reviewed against the payment, delivery, Token usage, and applicable provider rules. A completed refund reverses the related purchased and promotional Tokens once. The 14-day contact window and full terms are in the Refund Policy.

Membership: we do not refund a membership at our discretion. Where law or provider rules mandate a refund, it removes at most the unconsumed access days and only the unspent remainder of that purchase's 500 Tokens. It never creates a Token debt and never touches unrelated balances.

Chat passes are non-refundable.

Chat requests: the 5 Tokens are charged only after the automated check passes and the message is delivered. Nothing is charged on a block, a rephrase request, or an outage. If the recipient never replies, the Tokens are not refunded, because the message was delivered.

2. Include your account email, Telegram receipt details, payment date, Star amount, and a short reason for the request.
3. During the beta we review each request and reply as soon as we can. That is a response target, not a guaranteed service time.

Section 7 - Image Generation

Automated image generation is a platform-controlled capability. When the platform enables it, it is available for every active website character, and it may be paused at any time.

• You are responsible for the content you request to be generated.
• The Token price and delivery state are shown before generation.
• All requested images must comply with the Content Policy.
• The platform may reject or delete any images that violate policies.

Section 8 - Content Ownership

• Users retain the rights to the content they input.
• Generated character responses are the property of the platform.
• User-created characters: users retain ownership of the original content.
• Automatically generated images: users retain the right to personal use.

Section 9 - Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is prohibited:

• Creating content involving minors.
• Impersonating real people.
• Harassment or abuse, including of other users in Sex Chat.
• Attempting to bypass model-side moderation systems.
• Sharing accounts with others.
• Reverse engineering, data extraction, or automated scraping.
• Using the platform for spam or unauthorized commercial purposes.
• Attempting to access other users' accounts.
• In Sex Chat, sharing or requesting another user's contact details or identifying information.
• Doxxing another Sex Chat user, or soliciting off-platform contact, meetings, or payment.

Section 10 - Sex Chat

Sex Chat is anonymous text chat between real adult users. Every user has one profile, the same as on the rest of Muzza: a name, gender, picture, and short bio. To like, send a chat request, or chat, you must be 18 or older and hold a registered and confirmed account; anonymous sessions can browse the profiles but cannot like, send requests, or chat. Likes are free, and when two people like each other, their chat opens for free.

• Anonymity: users never see each other's account identity. Sharing or requesting contact details or identifying information is prohibited: no contact routes, social handles, links, phone numbers, or emails, and no attempts to move contact off the platform or to meet up. Country, city, age, type of job, and hobbies may be shared.
• Automated checks: every Sex Chat text (messages, chat requests, and the profile names and bios shown in Sex Chat) is checked before delivery for contact routes, moves off the platform, meet-ups, and identifying details; contact details are blanked from the profile card. The check is run by an automated text-classification provider and uses the text being checked plus recent messages from the same conversation for context. Blocked text is not delivered, and if the check is unavailable the text is not sent.
• Violations: education first, then Sex Chat-only lockouts of 5, 10, 30, and 60 minutes; repeat violations re-lock at 60 minutes. The ladder resets after 7 consecutive clean days. Lockouts apply to Sex Chat only, and serious or repeated abuse may lead to account action under these Terms.
• Chats: chats stay open with no time limit until one user deletes the chat or blocks the other. Deleting a chat removes it for both users; deleted chats stay stored, encrypted, for operator review.
• Applause, badges, and friends: inside a chat, applause becomes available once both sides have written 5 messages, and each person can applaud once every 3 days; badges reflect counted applause, and friends remain.
• Operator review: Muzza operators can review Sex Chat conversations, both users' accounts, and stopped (undelivered) texts for safety, abuse reports, and legal compliance.
• Blocking and reporting: you can block the other person at any time; the chat ends for both, and neither can find or contact the other again. Reporting stays available in the chat, and moderators read the conversation itself.
• Pricing: each Sex Chat message costs 1 Token unless an active membership or chat pass covers it. A chat request (a first message to someone you have no chat with yet) costs 5 Tokens drawn from your token balance: purchased Tokens first, then membership and gift Tokens, never covered by a chat pass or any unlimited allowance.

The other party in every Sex Chat conversation is a real adult user. Muzza does not verify what other users write, and you are responsible for your own Sex Chat messages.

Section 11 - Push Notifications

Push notifications are optional. You can enable them from account or browser settings and turn them off at any time.

Section 12 - Limits of Generated Content

By using the platform, you acknowledge the following:

• All companion characters are fictional and do not provide professional, medical, or legal advice.
• Automatically generated responses may be inaccurate or inappropriate.
• Generated content should not be relied upon as a source of factual information.
• The platform is not a substitute for professional consultation.
• Service quality and availability may vary due to technical factors.

Section 13 - Account Termination

Account settings opens a support-assisted deletion request addressed to [email protected]. Opening the draft alone does not disable access or start deletion. Support verifies identity and scope and confirms the next steps. After an accepted request is processed, backups and limited records may remain for their retention period or where needed for payment, fraud, safety, disputes, or applicable law. The platform may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

Section 14 - Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. The platform is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the service, including data loss or service interruption.

Section 15 - Amendments

The platform may modify these terms at any time. Material changes are announced by email or an on-platform notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Section 16 - Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising from use of the platform must first go to binding arbitration before litigation in Wyoming state courts. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

Section 17 - Payment Reference

New Token purchases are paid only with Telegram Stars. The 30-day membership and chat passes, where offered, are paid with Telegram Stars or with Tokens. The Telegram invoice confirms the exact Star amount before payment, and Muzza confirms purchased Tokens, the top-up bonus, and the new balance after fulfillment.
