How do I create a new account?

You can create a new account from the sign-up page. Enter your email, choose a strong password, then activate from the confirmation message in your inbox. Welcome to Muzza.

How do I change my password?

Open the account section, choose “Password,” and follow the reset email we send. If you can’t sign in, use “Forgot password” on the login page. Two-step verification isn’t available in the current beta.

How do I delete my account?

From the danger zone you can open a message to privacy@muzza.ai and send it from your account email. Support reviews identity and the scope of the request, then confirms receipt and next steps; opening the draft alone does not disable the account or start deletion. Retention limits in the privacy policy still apply.

What can I buy on Muzza?

One-time token packs from the shop only. Tokens are spent on completed replies (1 token each) and image generation (10 tokens). Nothing renews automatically.

How do I top up my token balance?

Go to the shop, choose a token pack, then complete the crypto invoice. Balance is added after the payment provider confirms. There is no plan upgrade: everything you buy is tokens that stay in your balance.

There is nothing to cancel: we never charge automatically. Tokens you bought or earned stay in your balance. For a payment issue or refund request, contact us with the transaction reference.

We protect your messages with TLS encryption in transit and strict access controls on our servers. Our systems and authorized service providers process chat content to deliver replies, apply safety checks, and run features described in the privacy policy. We don’t sell your chat content.

We collect data needed to run the service, account, payment, and support. Optional browser analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Umami, PostHog, and Vercel Analytics only run after you explicitly accept them with an equal accept/decline choice, and you can withdraw consent in privacy settings. We don’t sell your chat content or personal data; the privacy policy lists providers, purposes, and retention periods.

We process IP addresses when needed for security and abuse prevention. Optional analytics tools (PostHog/Umami) only run if you explicitly accept them, and you can withdraw consent in settings. We don’t sell your data.

What is for sale is prepaid token packs in the shop (from about $3.99, with larger packs such as $9.99). One token equals one completed chat reply; image generation costs 10 tokens. There are no monthly plans, timed access windows, or balance expiry dates.

I was on a legacy Diamond plan. What is my account status now?

Legacy monthly plans (including Diamond) are not sold anymore. The only economy is tokens: buy a one-time pack in the shop, and unused balance stays with you. If older balance or account status looks unclear, contact support.

Why don't I see the Diamond plan when I sign up?

Because Diamond and every monthly plan were retired. New customers only see token packs in the shop: 1 token per completed reply, 10 tokens per image. No monthly plan and no auto-renewal.

Lifetime membership is not offered for sale. Any old page that mentions it is outdated. What you can buy now is one-time token packs in the shop, and unused balance stays with you.
