Section 1 — Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to use the Muzza platform. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement. The platform reserves the right to verify your age at any time and to suspend or terminate your account if you are found not to meet this requirement.

Section 2 — Service Description

Muzza is an AI-powered chat platform that allows you to interact with fictional AI-generated characters. All characters are entirely fictional and do not represent real people. The service includes:

• Chatting with fictional AI characters.
• Generating AI images within conversations.
• Creating custom characters.
• Saving and downloading generated content.

The service is available at muzza.ai.

Section 3 — Content Guidelines

All characters on the platform are adult and fictional. No real person is depicted. Content is AI-generated and intended for entertainment purposes only. For full details, please review our Content Policy.

Section 4 — Jewels (Virtual Currency)

Jewels are a virtual currency used within the platform. By purchasing Jewels, you agree to the following terms:

• Jewels have no monetary value outside the platform.
• Jewels cannot be transferred to other users.
• Jewels cannot be exchanged for real money.
• Jewels are used for image generation and accessing premium features.
• Unused Jewel balances remain valid as long as your account is active.
• Upon account deletion, all unused Jewels are permanently lost.

Section 5 — Subscription Terms

• A free plan with a limited number of messages is available.
• Premium plans are available (monthly / quarterly / annual): Silver, Gold, Diamond.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the end of the subscription period.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. The subscription remains active until the end of the paid period.
• When changing plans, the change takes effect at the beginning of the next billing period.

Section 6 — Refund Policy

Cryptocurrency payments are generally non-refundable due to the nature of blockchain transactions. However:

• Exceptions may be granted in cases of confirmed technical failures.
• Each refund request is evaluated on a case-by-case basis at the platform's discretion.

To submit a refund request or appeal:

1. Send an email to privacy@muzza.ai with the subject "Refund Request".
2. Include the transaction ID, date, and reason for the refund request.
3. We will review your request and respond within 7 business days.
4. If you are not satisfied with the decision, you may submit an appeal with additional information within 14 days.

Section 7 — Image Generation

The platform offers AI image generation. By using this feature:

• You are responsible for the content you request to be generated.
• A specified number of Jewels is deducted per image (varies based on image quality).
• Generated images are stored in your collection and can be downloaded.
• All requested images must comply with the Content Policy.
• The platform reserves the right to reject or delete any images that violate policies.

Section 8 — Content Ownership

• Users retain the rights to the content they input.
• AI-generated responses are the property of the platform.
• User-created characters: users retain ownership of the original content.
• AI-generated images: users retain the right to personal use.

Section 9 — Prohibited Conduct

Users are prohibited from engaging in any of the following:

• Creating content involving minors.
• Impersonating real people.
• Harassment or abuse.
• Attempting to bypass content filters or safety systems.
• Sharing accounts with others.
• Reverse engineering, data extraction, or automated scraping.
• Using the platform for spam or unauthorized commercial purposes.
• Attempting to access other users' accounts.

Section 10 — Push Notifications

We may send push notifications about account activity and updates. These notifications are entirely optional and you can manage them from your account settings or browser settings at any time.

Section 11 — AI Limitations

By using the platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• All characters are fictional and do not provide professional, medical, or legal advice.
• AI-generated responses may be inaccurate or inappropriate.
• Generated content should not be relied upon as a source of factual information.
• The platform is not a substitute for professional consultation.
• Service quality and availability may vary due to technical factors.

Section 12 — Account Termination

Users may delete their accounts at any time. The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms. Data is deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Section 13 — Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” without any express or implied warranties. The platform shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the service, including data loss or service interruption.

Section 14 — Amendments

The platform reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email or an on-platform notification at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Section 15 — Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from the use of the platform shall be resolved through appropriate arbitration procedures before resorting to litigation.
