Welcome to Muzza. By using our platform, you agree to comply with the following terms of service. Please read them carefully.
Section 1 - Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to use the Muzza platform. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement. The platform reserves the right to verify your age at any time and to suspend or terminate your account if you are found not to meet this requirement.
Section 2 - Service Description
Muzza is an AI-powered chat platform that allows you to interact with fictional AI-generated characters. All characters are entirely fictional and do not represent real people. The service includes:
- Chatting with fictional AI characters.
- Generating AI images within conversations.
- Creating custom characters.
- Saving and downloading generated content.
The service is available at muzza.ai.
Muzza is operated by Crebox Labs LLC, a Wyoming Limited Liability Company (Entity ID: 2G8GD7C4). Registered address: 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, USA. For billing inquiries: payments@muzza.ai.
Section 3 - Content Guidelines
All characters on the platform are adult and fictional. No real person is depicted. Content is AI-generated and intended for entertainment purposes only. For full details, please review our Content Policy.
Section 4 - Tokens (Virtual Currency)
Tokens are a virtual currency used within the platform. By purchasing Tokens, you agree to the following terms:
- Tokens have no monetary value outside the platform.
- Tokens cannot be transferred to other users.
- Tokens cannot be exchanged for real money.
- Tokens may be used for free-account chat messages and selected premium features. Image generation is temporarily unavailable in the controlled pilot.
- Unused Token balances remain valid as long as your account is active.
- Upon account deletion, all unused Tokens are permanently lost.
Section 5 - Token Pack Purchase Terms
- Free accounts spend one Token for each fully delivered chat reply.
- Paid products are one-time, pay-per-use Token packs. Plans are retired.
- A pack purchase is a single prepaid payment: no recurring charge, no automatic renewal.
- Checkout shows the exact price and included Tokens before creating a cryptocurrency invoice or redirecting to hosted card checkout.
- Card buyers see the exact statement descriptor before leaving Muzza for Payblis.
Section 6 - Refund Policy
Cryptocurrency payments are non-refundable once confirmed on-chain except where law requires otherwise. Card and gift-card cases follow their applicable verification and dispute paths. The 14-day contact window and full terms are in the Refund Policy.
- Send an email to payments@muzza.ai with the subject "Refund Request".
- Include your account email, payment rail, order or invoice reference, transaction hash where applicable, date, amount, and a short reason for the request.
- During the beta, we will review your request and reply as soon as we can; this is a response target, not a guaranteed service time.
Section 7 - Image Generation
AI image generation is temporarily unavailable in the controlled pilot while private media delivery is completed. If it is enabled later, the price and storage terms will be shown before use. When available:
- You are responsible for the content you request to be generated.
- The Token price and delivery state are shown before generation.
- All requested images must comply with the Content Policy.
- The platform reserves the right to reject or delete any images that violate policies.
Section 8 - Content Ownership
- Users retain the rights to the content they input.
- AI-generated responses are the property of the platform.
- User-created characters: users retain ownership of the original content.
- AI-generated images: users retain the right to personal use.
Section 9 - Prohibited Conduct
Users are prohibited from engaging in any of the following:
- Creating content involving minors.
- Impersonating real people.
- Harassment or abuse.
- Attempting to bypass content filters or safety systems.
- Sharing accounts with others.
- Reverse engineering, data extraction, or automated scraping.
- Using the platform for spam or unauthorized commercial purposes.
- Attempting to access other users' accounts.
Section 10 - Push Notifications
Consumer push notifications are disabled during the controlled pilot. If enabled later, they will remain optional and can be managed from account or browser settings.
Section 11 - AI Limitations
By using the platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- All characters are fictional and do not provide professional, medical, or legal advice.
- AI-generated responses may be inaccurate or inappropriate.
- Generated content should not be relied upon as a source of factual information.
- The platform is not a substitute for professional consultation.
- Service quality and availability may vary due to technical factors.
Section 12 - Account Termination
Account settings opens a support-assisted deletion request addressed to privacy@muzza.ai. Opening the draft alone does not disable access or start deletion. Support verifies identity and scope and confirms the next steps. After an accepted request is processed, backups and limited records may remain for their retention period or where needed for payment, fraud, safety, disputes, or applicable law. The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
Section 13 - Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” without any express or implied warranties. The platform shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the service, including data loss or service interruption.
Section 14 - Amendments
The platform reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email or an on-platform notification at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Section 15 - Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising from the use of the platform shall first be submitted to binding arbitration before resorting to litigation in Wyoming state courts. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
Section 16 - Payment Reference
Token packs may be paid through the cryptocurrency checkout or, when enabled, by card through Payblis. Payblis card charges appear exactly as CREBOX LABS. Use the provider invoice ID, Payblis order reference, or transaction hash shown during checkout to identify a payment. If you do not recognize a payment, contact us at payments@muzza.ai with its reference.
